Our ‘Social Enterprise Idea Development program”, organized by FASE, aims to empower non-profit organizations like yours to explore and implement income-generating activities while enhancing your business acumen. We understand the challenges faced by non-profits, particularly the reliance on project-based grants and the need for sustainable operational funding. That's why our program focuses on equipping participants with the skills and resources necessary to identify and develop viable revenue streams preferably aligned with their mission and core activities.
Here's a brief overview of the program:
**Part 1: Workshops and Consultations**
- Four intensive 3-hour workshops using the Social Business Model Canvas framework
- Optional consultations between workshops to tailor the business model to your organization's needs
**Part 2: Individual Mentoring**
- Preparation of a business plan in the form of an investment deck with emphasis on impact assessment and financial planning
**Part 3: Seed Funding**
- €10,000 funding to kick-start the most promising income-earning activity
**Program Eligibility Criteria:**
- Possession of a viable income-generating idea
- Three years of operational experience in your core activity
- A minimum of three full-time colleagues
- Annual funding exceeding €20,000 from any source
**Program Timeline:**
- Application Deadline: May 10, 2024
- Planned workshop Dates: May 16, May 30, June 13, June 27, 2024
- Selection of Participants for Part 2: June 28 - July 14, 2024
- Preparation of Investment Deck: July 15 - November 30, 2024
