Leendő munkatársunk fő feladata a szervezet antikorrupciós projektjeinek menedzselése lesz, de a munkakörbe tartozik – egyéb tevékenységek mellett – workshopok, konferenciák és tréningek előkészítése és szervezése, stakeholder menedzsment és a TI kutatási tevékenységében való részvétel is. Az angol nyelv magas szintű ismerete alapkövetelmény, a magabiztos IT-tudás előnyt jelent.

We are currently looking for a Project Manager at Transparency International Hungary
Transparency International (TI) Hungary is recruiting a full-time expert to manage the organisation’s programs.
Main function is to manage anticorruption projects.
Further responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage research and advocacy projects, and participate in them
- Organize and take part in workshops, conferences, trainings
- Manage and coordinate TI Hungary’s relations with stakeholders
Starting date: As soon as possible
Duration: Indefinite duration
An ideal candidate:
- Has a university degree
- Has minimum 3 years’ related work experience
- Has excellent project management skills which include, among others, team-working, time management and leadership abilities, as well as the ability to oversee multifaceted projects
- Has good networking and communication capacities, including the ability to continuously keep contact with a diversity of different stakeholders of large projects
- Is fluent in Hungarian and English (spoken, written)
- Has good writing skills
- Is able to form opinion, take responsibility and work independently to tight deadlines
- Is open to new challenges and ready to learn
- Is committed to TI’s mission and principles
- Has working knowledge of basic IT skills: MS Office (word, excel, powerpoint), social media
An advantage for candidates:
- A degree in one of the following: law, economics, social sciences or IT
- Experience in anticorruption fieldwork
- Knowledge of empirical research methods
- Ability to work with large datasets
- Experience in data analysis and in big data management including the use of data managing software
- Experience in the management of projects
- Experience in and ability of the occasional representation of an organisation in the media
- Experience in budgeting
- Readiness to occasionally participate in business trips
